Delivery Policy
Treble Tipster require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or date changes for the repair of shoes or the full charge will apply and no refunds will be available.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days with no refund or exchange being offered after this period.
- As Boynewalk have closed down any Storms or pro-storms purchased are non-refundable and non exchangeable as our current stock sells out.
For repairs, shoes must arrive at Treble Tipster within 14 days of purchase. For shoes undelivered within 14 days, refunds are not available.
Items must be unused, in the same condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Please allow for processing time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

- £2.99 under up to 500g UK And NI – first class signed for
- £7 between 500g and 1kg UK And NI – first class signed for
- £10 between 1 – 2kg within UK and NI first class signed for
- £10 under 2kg to Eire via courier
- £12 under 2kg to rest of Europe

Returns Policy
Here at Treble Tipster we understand that mistakes can be made in ordering products. We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase. This is provided the item is in the condition that it was sold to you.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returns, where Treble Tipster are not responsible. Returns should be sent as recorded delivery as we are unable to process anything we have not received.
