- As Boynewalk have closed down any Storms or pro-storms purchased are non-refundable and non exchangeable as our current stock sells out.
- Treble Tipster will aim to replace tips, straps, laces and heels on all brands of heavy shoes.
- Replaced straps are guaranteed for 4 weeks only due to unavoidable wear and tear.
- Replaced tips and heels are guaranteed for 2 weeks only due to unavoidable wear and tear.
- The customer accepts that there is a risk involved in tipping shoes. Where worn shoes are being tipped there is always a risk of seepage and hardening of the tip where holes are not visible to the naked eye.
- Treble Tipster accepts no responsibility for tips solidifying inside shoes as a result of holes in shoes.
- Where shoes have holes any work done is at the customer’s own risk and Treble Tipster assumes no responsibility.
- Treble Tipster guarantees no minimum time taken for the process but will aim to complete in a minimum of 3 and maximum of 10 working days.
- Treble Tipster vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months ony or until any date specified on the voucher if applicable.
- Treble Tipster will assume no responsibility for damage to shoes that has occurred prior to coming to us for repairs. Please be aware of the condition of your shoes before sending them to us. Please note that damage may not be apparent until tips or heels have been removed and we cannot be responsible for such damage.
- All products must be paid for in full in advance before being returned to customers. For cheque payments cheques must clear before products will be returned/ issued. In exceptional circumstances where shoes are received before payment, payment not settled within 24 hours will be subject to a £20 late payment fee. If the issue is still not settled our services will be withdrawn from that dancer and their school.
- Treble Tipster is not liable for any transfer of ink from our Tip and Heel ultimate repair kit.
- Treble Tipster is not responsible for anything that may happen decorative buckles sent on shoes. Please remove before sending.
- Shoes not paid for within 3 months will be sold on to recover the cost of all work done.
- Treble Tipster returns policy – applies at all times.
- The financial cost of delivery of products to and from Treble Tipster is the customer’s responsibility.
- Please note: Treble Tipster Tips are approximately 1inch deep. All are hand made no two pairs will be exactly the same.
- Free Tips for a year will include a maximum of 3 sets of tips on the owners shoes only in one year.
- Treble Tipster require a minimum of 48 hours notice to change the date of shoes booked for repair or a charge of the repair value will apply.If a space is booked and paid for in advance customers must send shoes for repair processing within 14 days.For shoes not sent within the 14 days no refund will be available as the time will have been allocated and not made available to any other customer.
- When new heels are put on shoes they are safety checked before leaving Treble Tipster. Treble Tipster cannot be held responsible whereby screws and heels have been tampered with by customers.
- Repairs booked via our website must arrive for processing within 14 days.For shoes not sent within the 14 days no refund will be available as the time will have been allocated and not made available to any other customer.
